At Alpha Trend Research Services, we strive to provide an excellent experience for our clients. If a client is not satisfied with the services provided for any reason, our Refund Policy details the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through our platform.

Your Order Cancellation Rights and Conditions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please clearly communicate your decision, including the reason for cancellation and your request for a refund. Our team will review your refund request, and if deemed appropriate, we will process it. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused service period. In the event of a refund, the Research Analyst will retain service fees for the current month or an amount equivalent to one month’s worth of services to prevent misuse.

For courses, you may cancel your order at any time before accessing the course content.
However, once you have accessed the course content, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

In the event of a refund, we will process it within 7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable fees such as Payment Gateway Charges.
