As a registered Research Analyst under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), we adhere strictly to the regulatory frameworks set by SEBI for the protection of investor interests.

  1. Know Your Client (KYC) Requirement:

As mandated by Clause 25 of Security and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, we are required to maintain:

    • Client’s Name
    • PAN Card Details
    • Other Identifying Information

The KYC process is essential for:

    • Verifying your identity and ensuring you are a legitimate investor.
    • Preventing money laundering and identity theft.
    • Complying with SEBI’s guidelines to safeguard your investments.

Why We Need Your PAN Card:

Your PAN Card serves as a crucial document for:

    • Establishing your identity as a tax-paying citizen of India.
    • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and avoiding fraudulent activities.

In line with the SEBI circular dated January 08, 2025, we are required to:

    • Disclose the terms and conditions under which research services will be provided.
    • Obtain Consent from you before rendering or charging any fees for our services.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge:

    • Understanding the scope, nature, and fees of the research services we offer.
    • Agreeing to the terms under which these services will be provided.

Our Commitment to You:

  • We ensure your personal information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
  • Your PAN Card and other details will be used solely for KYC compliance and will not be shared without your consent unless required by law.

How to Proceed:

  1. Fill Out the Form Below: Please provide your details accurately.
  2. Upload Your PAN Card: Attach a clear copy of your PAN Card for verification.
  3. Review Terms & Conditions: Thoroughly read all the terms and conditions. Once reviewed, if you accept them fully, select the “I agree to the terms & conditions” checkbox and submit the form.
  4. Confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive an email from Alpha Trend enclosing the filled out form and terms & conditions for your reference.
